Masters Touch Carpet Care is proud to be certified
as an IICRC firm
How does this certification help you?
Trust
You’ll hire a cleaning firm that has been through hundreds of hours of classroom training, as well as passed several written exams in the science of cleaning.
Confidence
A certified cleaning firm restores confidence and order to your home or office by doing the job correctly.
Technical Training
We’ve been trained to do your cleaning the right way. Untrained cleaners make up their cleaning protocol as they go along.
Network of Professionals
If your project is unique, we have access to fellow professionals around the globe to find how to best tackle your situation.
Protect Your Investment
Your carpet and floors are cleaned within the specs of manufacturer recommendations. Most manufacturers recommend that you hire a certified cleaning firm.
You're Protected
Your home, office, and the people there are safe. We know the proper cleaning procedures and how to use the proper cleaning agents.
Community
We love this industry so much that we take the time to network with like-minded professionals. This helps us do our job better.
Cutting Edge Training
We’ve learned to use the most state-of-art techniques and equipment. We know about and use all the latest technology in the cleaning and restoration field.
Developed Systems
Your cleaning or restoration project will closely follow an international industry standard. This keeps us accountable and keeps you safe.
Continued Learning
Certified firms are required to update their training and attend yearly events to learn the latest cleaning and restoration techniques.
Accountability
We are held accountable by our peers, clients, and by our certification standard.
Cleaning Science
We take cleaning and restoration seriously. We know the science behind the proper ways to clean and restore a building.
Is all of this important to you?
The fact of the matter is that only a small percentage of cleaning companies bother to get professional training and certification. Most can’t afford the training or don’t want to bother with the time commitment.
But can you afford to hire a cleaning firm who is NOT certified? Hiring an untrained cleaning firm puts your entire home, office, and the people there at risk.
When we began Masters Touch, we started with a commitment to get properly training and certified. We knew our clients and our company were worth the extra time it took to get certified. So far, it’s been HIGHLY beneficial to us as a company and our clients appreciate the professionalism we’ve earned in these certifications.
Certification and training helps our clients trust and love the job we do for them.
We are proud to be certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification in the areas of carpet cleaning, leather cleaning, stone, masonry, ceramic tile cleaning, upholstery & fabric cleaning, and odor control.

Our previous carpet cleaner retired and referred us to Masters touch carpet cleaners. I am very happy with their service. I was scheduled within a 2 day window, they were reasonably priced, on time, professional and kind. Most of all, my carpets look AMAZING! Thank you!

This is my 3rd time having Masters clean my couch and recliners. They have always done a great job. Easy to get on the schedule and the cleaning is perfect. It doesn’t take much for the cleaning and the furniture dries quickly (1 hour).
